Another day another problem with FNB

I cant understand how my interest for my car was so high last month (march), when i compare it to April and feb, almost 800+ more?

In addition to this i have put 3k into my vehicle account that is now gone, and the balance is now minus 1000?

Im not going to bother trying to call FNB or email because its a waste of time and resources, call me and explain and rectify this
