Another Day another fail for FNB

I want to open another Easy Account but everytime I do that on the app, it declines me for a Premiere cheque account. I don't know why the premiere cheque account is being shoved down my throat when I already have one!!! I just want another Easy PAYU Account!!! When I talk to Secure chat no one helps me, when I call they hang up on me. I don't know what I am to do to open another EASY ACC!!!!
