ANOTHER 48 HOURS>>>>>>>>>>
So after receiving a prompt response in lieu of my HelloPeter complaint, Pinky Dhladhla referred me to the department responsible for transferring my OTP from my cellphone to my email account. I was told that I would receive a call within 24 hours to complete the process, but it has now been nearly 48 hours and no call has been forthcoming. My elderly mother, sister and my two children now have to live without electricity, school supplies and food. It is becoming apparent that this is of no concern to FNB as, in the interim, they have deducted money from my account for legal cover and a cellphone account.
I am honestly at my wits end and find myself on the cusp of deserting this bank completely. It matters little to me how far my account goes into arrears in lieu of aforementioned accounts.
I expect better from a bank or any organization that calls itself professional and respectable.
Not happy, AGAIN.
