Annual Rates increase email Misleading, Inaccurate and Deceptive - Not a good look for a bank.

You send me an email, and presumably all of your customers about annual rates increases, there are no details in the email, there is no clickable link in the email and the navigation guide from the website on the picture attached does not match the navigation to get to the rate increases. If i didn't know any better i'd say you are deliberately DECEIVING your clients and making it as DIFFICULT as possible for customers to see these new rates, why are you hiding this? BAD MOVE!
