Annoying online banking experiance

The reason you get one star is because I have to rate you. I am having difficulty with the banking online. Im trying to do a payment and the otp is sent to my old cellphone that I have not used in years.Why was it not sent to my banking app as before. I tried calling through to your call center and got transferred to 4 different people before being cut off. Really pathetic service and really pathetic online banking where I have to jump through so many hurdles to get one payment done. Im considering changing banks.
