Annoying FNB

I just want to know when my refund will be processed because while you guys have my money there are debit orders that are bouncing off my account because there is no money. I tried to call again today and my call was dropped God knows why. I am honestly tired because I don't know why you still debited my account despite being on debt review. On Wednesday when I called, I thought my money would be in my account the same day.Today it's Friday and I still have pending debit orders.Honestly all I want now is to just close this account.
