ANNOYING BANKS EVER

I really think FNB is the worst bank in SA, the people that works there are actually doing it for the pay cheque nothing else they do not care about their clients. You upgrade you account from Gold to premier thinking you will get better service but you actually going for the worst. The Team of bankers keep you online for 5 mins or more with no response from the, they will tell you they have forwarded an email to request a phone call for your query to be sorted that as well to no avail no one will call., They asks you for documents, no one will ever bother to respond to the emails to acknowledge receipt of the docs. For me this is the height of it, I am definitely changing banks.
