ANNOYED!ANNOYED!SUPER ANNOYED

They don't even qualify for any rating. Mmabatho from law on call has no customer skills makes promises and does not deliver. I've been battling with law on call to get this matter resolved it has been months now. Even when you escalate the matter the senior manager follows up with you once only to keep you happy. They don't bother to do another follow up. I don't see the sense in this policy really. Stop taking peoples money if you know you cant deliver....HIGHLY ANNOYED
