Annoyed with the bullying of fnb

On the 25th November 2022 i made a deposit of R3600 at an fnb ATM in Mt Fletcher, Eastern Cape which did not immediately reflect in my savings account. I made a claim with the bank an the money was paid in my account after a few days. On the 7th December 2022 fnb debited my account for the same amount of R3600. Upon querying this with the bank they told me that I had deposited the money into a wrong account and after they had furnished me with the details of he persi had deposited the money into I made contact with him because he's someone I know. He however told me that his account had been suspended by FNB because of permit issues. I'm frustrated with the bank because they don't want to give me my money back even when the money is there in the account I paid it. The explanation given does not seem reasonable because they can confirm that it is me who paid the money in that account and it is a simple matter of just paying it in my account. Now my account is in areas because of this and will probably continue incurring charges since i dont have my money because Fnb took it. This is the second time fnb has been very sloppy because I've been waiting over a month now for them to refund my R600 which their ATM which was malfunctioning did not pay while I was attempting a withdrawal. I'm definitely moving to another bank if this is not resolved because I feel the bank is taking advantage because I'm a simple rural person in the Eastern Cape
