Annoyed

I just had thee worst call. I called the FNB Connect department because I needed help with an issue I'm having. This consultant couldn't hear me because there was so much noise on her side. Staff talking over each other and it wasn't to clients.

And still my query is resolved so I'll rather go into the bank
