Annoyed

I called last week about a debit that went off my account and was noted it would take 3 to 5 working days for my debit to return to my account, which I am still waiting on .

Why do I make agreements with the bank , stay on a call speaking to someone and going into the bank when nothing still gets done ? This is annoying

Please fix and update me because emailing and speaking to an agent doesn’t work.
