Annoyed

I had overdraft(gold fusion account) with FNB so in 2020 I was retrenched I went to the bank to ask how do I go about paying that since I was retrenched they said the is nothing they could do . Some time last year I got a job I tried paying the overdraft but I noticed that I was paying yet it's not decreasing but increasing then I stopped paying . Sometime this year I tried again to pay but only find out that the account is been closed , no body tried calling me or anything . I went to the branch to find out how , I was then told my account was handed over to legal . An account consultant named Duduzile was so helpful, we called legal team the provided me incorrect banking details. She then tried again till we found out that Ramsujoo du Plessis was handling my account then they also said Nimble attorneys are responsible for my account. I called Nimble attorneys they said they don't have anything under my name

Mind you the interest rates are going up yet nobody from Fnb tried calling me to inform me with changes or anything . Last statement on August 2023 I received it was R3,200 now December 2023 R4700 like how us that possible . Like this is madness.

I'm not working yet I'm trying to pay this overdraft but with interest rates happening I can't.one will end up saying blacklist me it's fine
