Annoyed

I had a chat with one the agents on the APP and I needed to know more details on that particular transaction and Ayanda Mbatha told me that I would get feedback within 5 to 7 working days and today I today I did a follow as the 7 working days has passed nothing as yet. The first agent Nqobile Mbonani seems very distracted and she sent me an email and addressed me as Mr Smith and blamed the system for that, the second agent Mbalenhle Maseko was just very rude and didn’t seem to care at all. Apparently the first agent didn’t log anything at all on their system and I need to follow up again after waiting for 7 working days. I asked For a manager and was told I must send and email because she can’t escalate and they not on duty. It’s so sad that you have such people assisting your clients. Maybe consider taking them for training or you will loose a lot of clients...
