Annoyed and Disappointed by the poor service

I am writing this annoyed and disappointed at the service I got from fnb regarding my car insurance. I called today around 12 for assist with locksmith spoke to a consultant named Thabo. I gave him all my details we shared contact details so I can share my location pin since he couldn’t find it on the internet I did that. No one came no one called . I followed up and followed up and no one answer with no help . What’s the point of paying for service that doesn’t assist me. I regret the day I joined this company as my car insurance every time I have an issue I have to beg them
