Annoyed

All of a sudden when I left a certain branch for assistance, I end up with an opened premier fusion avvi am unaware of, I called customer care and all they could say was I should call the ***** line as there is nothing they can do. This is disgusting when am busy getting involved in a card that is credit they are busy laughing. I need the person who opened this account to be found and suspended.
