Annoyed

I'm really annoyed by FNB now I really need to move my account somewhere else because their service is getting poor by day. First it was a personal loan issue where I app**** for a loan and was not told it's declined until I went to the branch. Now I settled my two personal loans, but FNB still deducts on my account. What really makes me angry is the fact that one of the personal loans they collected on my account on the 24th which I fail to understand because I specifically said my debit should be taken on the 25th of the month. What if my account didn't have funds? Who was going to pay for bank charges? I'm not going to wait for 5 - 9 working days I need my money payed back into my account ASAP and FNB needs to send me paid up letters for those two loans.
