Annoyed

I sent myself an ewallet and when I tried withdrawing the money at an fnb ATM I received a slip telling me I entered an incorrect contact number. I then checked my ewallet balance and the money was gone. I called the FNB customer care line an I was informed that an investigation will be conducted and that I'd receive a call within 14 working days. It's been way more than 14 working days now and I still haven't received a call from FNB. On Monday I called the fnb customer care line and I spoke to a Lady by the name Iris, she requested a reference number for the case from me which I provided and then she told me that the money was withdrawn and she can't help me any further, she suggested I send fnb customer care an email which annoyed me further since I had contacted the fnb customer care weeks before plus the fact that I was speaking to the fnb customer care. I have sent the **** fnb customer care 2 emails and they still have not responded to me. I'm really annoyed with fnb for a lot of other reasons besides this. I'm really starting to believe that they use the slogan "how can we help you" because they really don't know how to help their clients.
