Annoyed

My fiance went to the branch simply for an Ewallet statement, we called the headoffice direct line....we spoke to Paballo she said on Saturday she doesn't have logins for such....we left our email address and contact details....she came back to us on Monday...she said they can't trace anything on my fiance's details. We really need that statement hle....such a huge company but service is really bad
