annoyed

i have been on the call with FNB to reverse two unauthorized debit order, i was transferred from one person to the other as none of them could see them, eventually i get through to Thato who is telling me me will help me with one and will transfer me again, i got upset and he ddnt care , i requested to be called back and he ddnt care.

I am honestly getting tired of how fnb treats us and worse its the same unauthorized that is making us so angry,
