Angry once again

FNB always fails. FNB has been covering my debt for 6 months due to being retrenched. I was informed that they would automatically review it and continue paying. Now my payments are due. They have not reviewed it and now I need to wait for them to get it together. I do not understand why everything with FNB needs to be a struggle. I am still unemployed due to my retrenchment. Why does FNB need to make everything a struggle.
