Angry new customer

Mega city in umlazi.. I just opend 3 accounts with them for my 2kids and my nanny... reason being i was referred by a friend... the is a girl that works by the atms she is very ride she doesn't know how to treat customers in a proper way she has a bad attitude and its bad for the company... my accounts are new but already angry bcos of stuff that is not told about customer service... I went inside the branch asked for branch manager they took 30min to even attend me they said the manager is not thr.. I askd for relation manager he said his too busy to attend me... Il close this accounts and find a better back with trained staff... I want that girl deciplend... she is on duty today it the 19/2/2020 she wears black cloths at the atm... she has done this more than twice
