Angry ,*********** behavior

I am planning to escalate my query to the banking ombudsman regarding my card been blocked for no reason at all. I have been greatly inconvenienced at the hands of fnb and the person in charge Thando Thalipe fnb ***** division is unreachable. No answer to emails or phones calls regarding my issue. I am sitting in the dark unable to use my banking with no detail of why my account has been blocked. I cannot find this person and it is clear that fnb has employed a bunch of *********** people because nobody has bothered to reach out for the past 3 weeks explaining why this is the case. Please can this hold be lifted immediately so I can leave this bank with my funds and bank with other banks. Can this matter be handled with great urgency Regards,
