Angry 😠 😡 fuming client

I am charged service fee that I was told it will be free for the next six months. I am charged none FNB ATM fee which my card was canceled on the 01 of may 2025 due to *****. But the none FNB ATM the agent said i performed it on the 6 of may 2025. But I don't have any active card at the money in me. This is a day light ******* and you giving wrong information to your clients. Can you send back all the money you took from my account cause I am not impressed with your service.
