Angry customer who is about to jump ship

I have been banking with FNB in the past 5-6 years. I have never been so unhappy with the choice I made for choosing to bank with FNB. Firstly they are not as helpful as their so called slogan “How can we help you”, if you are their loyal customer like me chances are they will regret if you apply for any product. 2015 I was very happy when they car finance me, but guess what that was it. Even though my pay goes to them every month they do not care, if you require products you must go elsewhere but they gladly accept your salary. Charges are ridiculous for instance last week Friday I had a negative balance of -R282.27 Yesterday I woke up to a balance of -R407.27, I immediately went to secure chat enquiring about R125.00 added to my account (ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITEMS ON 19/10/) then I was told that they honoured at MR Price of R2799.00 of which purchase was made on the 28th September 2019, I personally went to the bank and transferred funds from savings to cheque account then the balance was (FNB :-) R2799.00 reserved for purchase @ Mr Price Bellville from cheq a/c.037644 using card..4088. Avail R1653. 28Sep 12:53). None of their consultant manage to give me specific answer immediately when I started asking questions they left me hanging, until one of them advise that she requested for the money to be reversed but it’s not confirmed yet it will be approved. This is not the 1st time I had this encounter with FNB, seemingly I must verify every payment I make/made. It seems the only thing they know from me is over charging me, than what their slogan entitles “how can we help you”. I have been applying for consolidation loan and I thought they would assist as my bank but no they refuse to help even after all this tine I have been banking with them. The only thing that they good at is giving 1 time loan or 6 months loans of which I recently learnt when I was interacting with TransUnion that they loans the offering me they are ****ing me instead of helping, they are regarded as high risk, it does not show track of my payment, but because I am in debts I keep on going back to them. Currently owing R7800 for this month end, mind you I have debts over R9800.00 every monthly hence I asked FNB to assist me with consolidation loan so that I know I am paying one huge loan (R2000 -3500 per month, than what I am paying it was going to be much better, I wouldn’t even taking the one time loans I am taking. FNB would rather help a stranger than its own customer. I recently went to Capitec and you know what they said if I move my salary they will help consolidated my debts rather and pay one loan than this. I am seriously thinking of moving my salary now this month end, because my bank instead of helping me its burying me alive of which I can’t I have had it

FNB called guess what they said " we sorry for money that was charged, it was reversed to your account" they did not even touch base other complains that i have logged. Thank you for 6 years service but i have to terminate it now. I need to know do i need to close the account as i will not get back on the same account this month end?
