Angry customer

I can't believe we are back here, I once app**** for a loan with FNB and was handled very bad, After I had complained that's when I was assisted. Last week I went to apply for a loan by the branch at springs mall and I was advised I qualified, Sent all the docs but now I am following up as I am getting sms's that say outstanding docs are required as the loan is on hold. Your guys are sending me from pillar to post when I am asking what's the issue, others are saying no they are busy with it, others are saying I am not KYC compliant and the one that got me so upset is that the loan has been declined but no one bothered to tell me. Can someone sensible call me on *** and assist me as it's been more than a week now waiting. ID NO: ***
