ANGRY CUSTOMER

I app**** for a loan at springsmall branch of which I was approved on the 3rd November 2025, I was advised the process would take 48 hours but coz I am using another bank it might take longer. After 5 days they call me saying it's approved on the validation side and they need my bank statements of which I immediately submitted, Ever since on the 10 November 2025 It has been dead quite and I followed up on the 12, 13 and 14 of Novemver 2025 without anyluck. The call center is giving me different responses and this is so fustrating as someone from the processing team is not doing their job. Please call me on *** to have this resolved urgently.
