Angry Client of Fnb
My card was stucked in the ATM Machine at Fnb branch at emalahleni SOS on the 26th of September 2018 after having put my pin. I was told by the security guard that they were closing the card will not return i should come tommorow, I could not stop the card as i was depending on the funds on my account. when i got to the guest house house i received an sms notification that an amount of R 1750 was withdrawn from my account. on the 27th i went to the bank to complain, on the 8th of October 2018 i received an email from fnb indicating that they are not liable for the loss even though they have cameras, they insist that my card was not retained in the machine. My reference number is 437708.
