ANGRY CLIENT

I am so dissapointed with the services. I sent someone an Ewallet on the 5th July and when he tried to withdraw it on the 6th it was withdrawn already. I called on the 7th spoke with a lady who assured me the money is still available i should tell the recipient to call them they will assist.They never did.I called again on the 8th spoke to a lady by the name "MPHO" she assisted me even gave Ref no,told me she has excalated the matter to be invistigated,I should call back within 3-5days.I called again on the 15th spoke to lady by the name "LETTIE" which i gave her the ref no but she could not assist me as she said system have a problem she can not tell me exactly what is going on with my case,i should call back in 3days.I again called on the 29th spoke again to a lady cant remember her name Kersh r sumthing she wasent helpfull as well as she said her system can not check anything about my case,she even went to check on other of her pears she said still nothing.IT BEEN A MONTH AND HALF I HAVENT GOT ANY RESPONSE.have sent numerous emails still saying they are invistagating the matter.Ref no:***Q
