Angry Client

I'm soo Angry for FNB, last month the was 2 debit orders that went through I tried to dispute 1 of them and I was told they can reverse the other one and I asked them to stop those debit orders and they said they did stop them, now I can see the debit order are still active this month and they tried to deduct the money and I think I should stop banking with FNB
