Angry Client

I have been calling FNB for a debit order dispute with no Luck. The are debit orders that went off my account last month I have tried to reverse them but only 1 was disputed, same thing that has happened this month and I'm told that they can't reverse them cz they're blocked. I'm changing my Bank I can't not continue like this and I'm getting useless feedback from FNB
