ANGRY AT FNB!!!!!!!!!!

FIRST RAND BANK - FNB Disgusted and disappointed at the same time. FNB list me with the credit Bureau for something that I was not aware of and have received no communication thereof! Checked my credit report with Experian and it shows I owe them R1356 since April 2019 which is not true as the money was debited from my aco****! Now I am having trouble obtaining vehicle finance. Experian confirmed that FNB/FIRST RAND BANK has not send them anything to have my status updated! I have called FNB numerous times and get transferred from pillar to post without any assistance. FNB PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP OR I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION!
