Angry as hell

Pathetic service received when being sent from pillar to post for something that's out of my control. Incorrectly listed on the credit bureau for a temp loan that was paid up before the account was closed. Now its negatively affecting my credit score when I didn't mess things up. Now no one seems to be able to help and assist me. I'm totally disgusted in the pathetic service received.
