Angry and frustrated client

I reported *****ulent transaction in my account 2024 at Chris hani instead was given other card than being helped.now so many transactions again in my account went mall of the south still no help they've been investigating and no feedback and worse I can't use my money from my savings can't the bank transfer from savings to my Nedbank account because I have need's now everything has stand still.. Capitec does that why FNB can't do that I need my money *** case number which they can't resolve.as I'm typing money still goes out
