Angry and frustrated

A bit frustrated with FNB. I've been banking with them for a few years now. Some how they just can't fix my profile. I literally have to call in every single time to increase my limit. I've probably spoken to the whole call centre agents. My advice to business people just know doing EFT's with FNB is gonna frustrate the HELL out of you.
