angry and frusted customer

We have a stokfell where we use the account for V.P Khawula account number ********** 2150 we put our money there hoping to use it whenever their is a need , He reported that the account was onhold please help us we need to use the money ASAP this is so frustrating to us as members we trusted FNB so much
