0n 22 August 2022 FNB made an unauthorised payment to Fashionlike of R304 from my account on the virtual card which FNB cancelled on 9 August 2022. They keep on telling me that the complain has been assigned to Retail Service Recovery and will contact me shortly. I don’t need contact just pay back my ****** money. LD du Randt
