I had a loan with FNB personal loan, which i have settled this year. All i am requesting from them is to email5me a paid letter ti show im no longer owing them. What is si hard in going online use my credentials send email. No I have to wait 72 hours before I receive it. Highly unacceptable. If i was owing them, they would be calling me every second to collect.
