****** and *****ulent
FNB 10 years ago for 6 years was creating **** reference for **** companies and debiting my account. If I reverse or ask them to reverse I was getting charged 90% of the amount I'm reversing until I stop reversing. Some white guy told me that in his company he was with FNB and most of his staff were FNB and they were having similar issues but the common thing is that it was only African staff until they all changed together with his company to ABSA. Because I had a credit card with FNB he then advised me to contact NCC. When NCC get involved FNB told us that their consultant who told me that they are not guided by debit mandate check was lying. So because the total amount that FNB was taking through these **** accounts and reversal came close to R100000 I then asked them to close my account and they told me they will credit my credit card with that money therefore I won't get any cash back. Because I wanted to leave them I did not fight with them for that. Now way after 3years they coming up with a story that my credit card is in arrears. They asking me to send them bank statements for 10 years of an account that I have no access to. If I'm telling them that even I were to owe a bank after 3years of no service that debt prescribed with no obligation or exception. Again they telling me that, that act doesn't apply to them just like how they said debit mandate check doesn't apply to them. However I have noticed again that when they called me after my post on hello Peter they asked if I'm an African. When I asked why it should be more important for them to know people's race before they help them, they cut the call and send me An email from pp@fnb.
