*********** and takes peoples money

FNB charged me R135 for Items Unpaid and R45 for Services fee. When i called and asked they gave me a horrible explaination and couldnt come up with a solution. I was told its for an immedaite payment i made and when i tell them that ive already been charged for that they disagree and when i try to explain they tell me theres nothing they could do. The R135 i was told they paid the debit order on my behalf including a reference named rent. i told the lady that that reference wasnt a debit order but instead i was simply sending money to my other account. i am starting to consider changing banks because the service fees are too much.
