<p>Yesterday I received a letter from FNB about an extra credit card that I was supposed to have received, and that they need a FICA ID document. The space where the cardholder's name was supposed to be was blanc, like so | |. The instruction was also that the reference number given should be written on the ID Document. The reference number given was blanc, like so | |.</p> <p>Then there was the threat that if I didn't comply in 5 days, my service was liable to be blocked/stopped//suspended.</p> <p>Always trying to accomodate, I tried to call a number given in the letter to sort things out. Nope. Only a recorded message.</p> <p>Next I wrote a letter to the "complaints" address, requesting that they should please hurry to solve the enigma, in case some FNB fumbler decides that enough is enough, this guy's service must end right here.</p> <p>Needless to say: the complaints department has also decided to stop responding to the living and the dead.</p> <p>And these are the people that take are supposed to care for your financial peace - of levying a hefty fee every month.
