My account was blocked in April due to funds that came through to my account ,I was told that they are terminating my banking with them ,then my funds will be transferred into an external bank account , Capitec bank details we provided and verified ,yesterday I received 7000 into my account out of 34000 I had when they block my account

I Queried this and again Moipone Gumbi is not replying to my email, I have been questioning the EFT payments that went through out my account at night when my account was on hold

I would like to know when is the remaining amount gonna be paid coz I want money , It's been 4 months fighting for the samething ,now my funds have disappeared out of no where, I also had 11000 in my savings account that they did not pay
