And FNB just did it again!

After FNB took R3000 last month to con tribute towards my wifes credit card - we made an arrangement to pay R2000 TODAY with Brook and Luyt. Needles to say, R5400 were subtracted from her salary this morning even before I could make the payment - R5400 from our savings! When we phoned FNB legal card they just informed that we should obtain proof of arrangement from Brooks and Luyt and send on and then they will invetigate! What is the purpose of making an arrangements if FNB just do as they want. We requested the proof of arrangement letter this morning already from Brooks and Luyt and are stil waiting. Is there NO communication between FNB and Brooks and Luyt??? We WILL move our banking as from the 1st of January 2017 to ABSA as FNB cannot just break and do as they please. I am a private client with FNB and will ALSO close ALL my accounts with FNB.
