An Outsanding Service - Thapelo Rabodiba

I had an awesome experience with one of the consultants @ FNB Kyalami - Thapelo Rabodiba. She came to my rescue in what was a frustrating & delayed process of applying for Speed Point for our Church! I was not given reasons for the delay & I was to give up, when she took over the process, sending emails & calling to ascertain the delays.

Even when they finally responded after numerous attempts, Thapelo kept me on the loop!!

Had it not been of her care & her professionalism, I would have given up & dropped the whole thing!! Regards Belinda
