An FNB consultant opted me into a SIM Connect service without my consent, and R60 was deducted from my account. I never agreed to this subscription. I request that this service be cancelled immediately, that the R60 be refunded, and that measures be taken to prevent unauthorized activations in the future. This is very concerning and I expect urgent assistance.
