USELESS BANK FNB I have been banking with them for more that 20 years they are the most pathetic bank. I received notification from Just Answer about transaction amount of R1100 I went to the bank on the 14/04/2020 to dispute the transaction the woman from the bank said to me I am not the inly one whos been de*****ed. The transaction did not go through to my surprise today a transaction amount of R1100 from legal-Ja.com was allowed by the bank. Why are we not protected by the bank I am very angry at FNB for failing to protect me as a customer. ****** are doing as they please bank they not doing anything thing instead my card has been cancelled new card will be issued I am charged for R199 who's fault is it they making fortune out of ******** activity.
