An authorised debit order reversals

I have been debited twice now by a company that I don’t know and when I want to stop the debit order I can’t stop it nor reverser it.

Since lockdown FNB changed its services of a customer being able to do reversal for themselves without informing us as customers.

If it was not for the hustle of paper work and all my other debit orders I would change banks.
