AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT FNB CLEAWATER

Wow, Wow Wow - I was so blessed and impressed with Angela's service, competence and positive attitude. She created an experience at the FNB Clearwater branch amazing for me.

An attempt was made by a ******* to login into my online banking last Thursday (3 Feb) at 23:23. I got a notification from FNB and I immediately called the ***** hotline which led to my cards and online banking access being blocked, hence my visit to the FNB clearwater branch to get new cards and reset my online banking details.

At the branch, I was directed to Angela who proceeded to helped me sort out new cards and online banking access. Little did I know that she was going to help me solve a whole more than my cards and online banking, She went the extra mile by presenting solutions that add value and convenience.

She is good at her job, knows what she is doing and has a friendly manner making, I was taken up by the fact that she followed up on all the processes that I activated.

Angela made my day, added value to my life and I just had to share this amazing experience that I had at FNB Clearwater Roodepoort
