AMOUNTS COMING OFF MY ACCOUNT - #RCP FEE FOR PLS

I have noticed an amount coming off my account for months, perhaps years, with the above reference from FNB. I have researched it and found out that its for a late debit order off my one loan??? I do not understand this.... This loan comes off my account on the 27th of every month and on the 27th this strange amount comes off as well?? I had instructed them to put this debit order on the 27th and there was no problem with it. If I had known that there was going to be a problem, I would have instructed them to then take it off on the 25th.<br> <br> I have emailed FNB on Friday 27.01, Monday 02.02 and today 03.02, with absolutely no response! What kind of service is that???? I want this sorted out and get all that money back immediately or I will move my whole account. I have been a loyal customer to FNB since I was about 9! And now 22 years later they decided to take money from my account and not even get back to me! Pathetic!!
