amount swept tp budget

I made a purchase of 1989.35 on the 28th May and only see now it is on Budget. I selected straight. Please correct the error. I called your call centre, the person answered but wasnt speaking to me. Your web based queries on "talk to us" page keeps saying I must check my internet when I submit my query. Your service standard keeps dropping even lower. I have moved my cheque account. I am considering moving my Cr card now
