Amount for Home Loan not approved

One would think that because you bank with FNB for more than 10 years that they would show a bit more eagerness to help out their clients. I mean isn't clients, no matter how big or small the integral part to keep your business running?

My whole point comes down to that I requested for a FNB Home Loan. Didn't get my 100% approval because of the silly way FNB calculates the home loan based on certain facts. Yet Standardbank approved a home loan and I don't even bank with them. I'm starting to doubt why I'm still at FNB as when you really need your bank to help you out with a home loan they run away and give you a BIG red stamp of not approved... Sad that it had come to this.

Thank you Naomi I'm not angry or anything. It's just hard to believe that my own bank can't help me out and a competitor bank provides me with a better home loan agreement than what my bank can give me.
